after careful consultation, i produced a comprehensive guidelines document, covering everything from tone to formatting.

to further their reach & help them tap into new audiences,
i developed new ways of describing and selling their furniture
to their target market.

the new strategy was implemented on Instagram & Pinterest,
then tested & refined to steer them OFL closer to their goals.
